Dr. Jay is an amazing orthodontist! He is kind, professional, and always makes patients feel comfortable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes each visit a positive experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office is always clean and organized. Thanks to Dr. Jay, my smile looks great and I feel much more confident. I highly recommend Dr. Jay to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!

The staff are warm and welcoming, always so friendly. The decor, patient rewards app and events make the whole experience positive and fun. My son said “getting his braces on didn’t hurt at all and was a fun experience”!

The team was awesome! Dr. Bowman fixed my tooth and now i love my smile! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whenever an emergency occurred or something happened, the scheduling staff were very flexible and understanding to move around my appointments times and dates and most of the time, were able to get me in on same day if it was urgent matter. Just overall, was a great experience! Thank you!

Today was the day where Javonte’s braces were removed! Our experience has been great and I’ll always recommend them! Dr. Bowman is awesome!!! All staff are super friendly… The financial person ( Sue) extremely helpful! I definitely appreciate the process! Although he’s extremely happy with the end result he’s not a picture person. I may get to post later 🙂

I took my wife to her consultation to look into how we need to go about getting her teeth fixed. The moment we walked in, the office catches you by surprise with all the music and movie memorabilia. Its different to see an office like that but it gives a sense of fun as opposed to old, boring, or scary for children or adults with phobias like most basic offices. They even have a little arcade gaming area you can play for free. After talking with my wife (Kari), she said every staff member she communicated with were all very nice, professional, and helped make you feel more at ease and not judged for your teeth not being perfect from the start (unlike some other offices tend to do). For the short timeframe we saw Dr. Bowman, he impressed us with how quickly he was able to make decisions and to discuss with us my wife's options. He has so many awards/certificates on his office wall! It helps you to realize how much he enjoys what he does and how much he wants to help others to feel better about themselves. My wife said she looks forward to her future appointments and is very excited about having her teeth look nice and not hurt for the first time in her life!
